Cancellation Policy
Public swim times are not refundable or transferable.
Swim times will proceed through rain or cooler temperatures, but not through unsafe weather (lightning, hail, heavy smoke) or mechanical failure as deemed by the lifeguarding team.
If a swim time is cancelled (due to unsafe weather or mechanical failure), facility staff will cancel swim times before their designated start times. Patrons will not be allowed to enter the facility. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
If patrons have started their designated swim time but must evacuate the pool due to unsafe weather, no refunds will be issued (it is not our policy to offer a transfer or refund). The pool may remain closed until weather conditions improve.
Transfer Policy
Swim lessons may be transferred to a different date if space is available up to 7 days before lesson start time. After the 7 days no refund or transfer will be available.
Lessons maybe cancelled with a doctors note but will be subject to a $25.00 admin fee.
